How to Cancel Your Membership

Log into your customer account.

1. Click Account, then select Digital Products or Subscriptions.

2. Choose the subscription you’d like to cancel.

3. If you have remaining payments, click Go manage subscription to review.

4. Click Cancel Subscription, then confirm by clicking Cancel Subscription again.

Once canceled, your membership benefits will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. Afterward, your account will no longer have access to membership perks.

Key Cancellation Details

• No Refunds: Membership payments already made are non-refundable.

• Future Payments: All future recurring payments will stop upon cancellation.

• Access Until Billing Cycle Ends: You’ll continue enjoying membership benefits—like priority reservations and event access—until the current billing cycle ends.

• Account Expiration: Once the billing cycle ends, your membership account will expire. You’ll still have access to your customer account, including basic account information, but member benefits will no longer apply.
  

Special Note for Founding Members

If you hold a Founding Membership with a one-time fee, your membership is non-cancelable. Founding Members enjoy lifetime access to all membership perks.
